Order Processing: Most orders are verified and processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery:
USA-Based Shipments: Approximately 10–15 business days.
International Shipments: Approximately 15–20 business days following order processing.
Graycnn™ enforces a strict 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or are verified as fundamentally defective. We kindly request that you review the size charts for all clothing and jewelry carefully before completing your purchase. Gracynn™ does not offer exchanges or returns for changes in size or change of mind.
Gracynn™ do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind (e.g., style preference or no longer wanting the item).
- Size changes (e.g., if the item does not fit correctly).
- Color variations (e.g., slight shade differences due to digital screen settings).
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
You must cancel your order before it is processed. If the item is already shipped you cannot cancel the order.
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@gracynn.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one if the order is not shipped. No refund will be given for incorrect submission.
We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards (including American Express), and PayPal.
Please email hello@gracynn.com with your order number and clear photo or video documentation of the defect. This must include a clear image of the shipping label and the damage to the product.
Do not ship items to any address without explicit authorization. Please contact our support team at hello@gracynn.com to submit your evidence. Returns sent without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
Upon approval of your case, you may select your preferred resolution: an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.

If we are unable to ship your item within 30 days of purchase, we will notify you immediately to offer a revised delivery date or an instant full refund, in accordance with US federal guidelines.
